Find time in the work.
Put it to better use.
We help you find where AI can reduce repetitive work, streamline a process and create capacity for your team. Start with one everyday problem and a clear idea of what better would look like.
The AI Opportunity Review.
A focused, paid assessment of a workflow you want to improve. We look at where time and effort go, which steps could be streamlined and how your team could use the capacity created.
- A map of your current workflow and its bottlenecks
- A prioritised list of practical improvement opportunities
- Estimated benefits, with assumptions made clear
- A recommended first project, with scope and success measures
Clarity before commitment.
Begin with a short discovery conversation to decide whether the review is useful for you. We agree the scope, fee and deliverables before any paid work begins.
Your recommendation may be one of our products, an integration with your existing tools, a custom build or a process change. The starting point is what your business needs.
From the first pilot
to everyday use.
A clear process.
A useful outcome.
Each stage gives you something concrete to review before deciding what comes next.
- 01
Discovery conversation
Outline the workflow, the people involved and the problem you want to solve. Establish whether an Opportunity Review or a product conversation is the right next step.
- 02
Opportunity Review
Map the process, inspect representative examples and assess the options. Receive a prioritised recommendation with scope, assumptions and proposed measures.
- 03
Focused pilot
Test the agreed use case with representative work. Review the quality of the output, the effort involved and the fit with the team.
- 04
Implementation and support
Agree the rollout, responsibilities, training and ongoing support. Use the pilot findings to shape the work.
Bring the work.
We’ll help shape the plan.
A few concrete examples tell us more than a long technology wish list.
The task
What happens today, how often it happens and who is involved.
The friction
Where time goes, information gets lost or mistakes need correcting.
The material
A description of the documents, data and systems involved.
The better outcome
What you would want the team to do more easily, and how you would notice the difference.
Know what
you’re agreeing to.
Is the Opportunity Review a paid service?
Yes. It is a scoped assessment with defined deliverables. The first conversation helps establish the fit, and the fee and scope are agreed before paid work begins.
What do we receive from the review?
A workflow map, prioritised improvement opportunities, a recommended first project and proposed success measures. Estimates are accompanied by their assumptions.
What if AI is not the right answer?
The recommendation follows the problem. It may be an existing tool, a better handover, a simpler process or a custom project.
How long does a project take?
The timescale depends on the workflow, access to information and the work involved. We agree a schedule and review points when we scope the project.
Who looks after the solution afterwards?
Ownership, maintenance and support are agreed as part of the project. Ongoing improvement support can be scoped where it is useful.
